NPV's Kickboxing challenge is an all levels group class geared toward those who are looking to lose weight, build muscle , increase endurance, and enhance flexibility. Learn basic skills in boxing, kickboxing, and martial arts as a form of physical exercise while improving strength, speed, stamina,balance and coordination.Develop confidence, self esteem and motivation through achieving personal goals. Our knowledgeable, experienced staff is determined to help you reach optimal results, change patterns and create routine.

CrossFit certified trainers & professional athletes are at your service to provide you with the ultimate workout! This is a high intensity interval training based class and aims to build functional strength,power and metabolic conditioning, as well as many other varying components of fitness through functional movements (Motor patterns used in everyday life and/or sports). Adaptations and gains are more achievable with these varying movements. Class workouts are continuously different to avoid burnout and to alleviate boredom. 

Hybrid HIIT is a class for people of all ages as we offer an *introductory foundations class for beginners to avoid injury, and to make sure all members have exquisite form!

Vargas Boxing

This USA boxing registered and certified program  was established in April 2017 by the current 3-0 pro fighter, 2 time golden glove finalist and "best fighter award" Alex Vargas, with the assistance of his father Michael Vargas. This class focuses on various techniques  such as punching combos,cardio,footwork, core training, and defensive and offensive strategies. Vargas offers all members the chance to compete, but does not mandate anyone to compete or spar. Vargas boxing helps build discipline, teaches self-defense, improves hand-eye coordination and can be used as a stress reliever for all ages.
